Background
How about a film about MoMA since I go there a lot. Sort of an NYC landmark. I had been experimenting with paintings in a previous film. I like surrealists so Magritte and Dali were obvious choices. I also like Picasso and Georgia Okeeffe. So I tried to present them in a palatable way, although I did quite a distortion job on the Okeeffe paintings. I used the MoMA infrastructure as a vehicle for presenting the paintings which included the escalators, vertical marquee, etc. Even got the MoMA helicopter into the act. Used a lot of cutouts from the paintings and also had the characters escaping from MoMA in the end. Musically I found some fun pieces to go with each artist.
